Bonsai and Brews (Tinshed Brewery)

Bonsai and Brews turns the ancient art of bonsai into a laid-back afternoon of good company, great stories and one very impressive plant to take home.

This beginner friendly workshop gets guests hands-on from the start. Bonsai expert Mason leads the way through potting, shaping and wiring a bonsai tree, bringing thirty years of experience and a healthy dose of humour to keep things easygoing rather than intimidating. Nobody needs green fingers to join in.

Settle in with a drink in hand for two hours of proper, hands-on learning. Everyone leaves with a bonsai tree they chose, wired and a solid grasp of how to keep it thriving, and the kind of quiet confidence that comes from mastering a new skill in an a couple of hours.

Everything needed for the session is provided, right down to a complimentary drink to sip on while working.
