74 Common Road Dungog, NSW, 2420, Australia [View Map]

The Sculpture on the Farm Dungog Biennale 2025 (SOF2025) continues the tradition of celebrating Australian sculpture in the rural community of Dungog, NSW. SOF enriches the Dungog Shire by donating sculptures for public display. The 2025 Biennale will feature 150 sculptures by some of Australia’s most esteemed and innovative sculptors.

This year’s event includes demonstrations, workshops, guided nature and sculpture trail walks. All sculptures will be available for purchase, from small garden pieces to monumental landscape works.

UFO Utopia” by Nigel Dobson stands proudly at the top of the Dungog Common overlooking the Barrington Tops.

“Collecting fur to line the nest 2” by Jimmy Rix can also be discovered in the Dungog Common.

Standing proudly guarding the Gresford Arboretum is “Kangaroo and Honeyeater” by Jimmy Rix. Such a joyous sculpture for all to enjoy, especially children as they play in the natural playground.

Don’t miss “Sowelu Two” by Jen Mallinson and “Entwined” by Bob Teasdale both in the Dungog Common Reserve near the entry.

“Nothin’ but Sky” by Braddon Snape greets you on arrival in Dungog atop the Lioness Park and the bronze “Kelpie” by Jimmy Rix outside the Visitor Information Centre and “Theatre of the Shadow” by Peter Tilley outside the Dungog Shire Library precinct.

As one of Australia’s leading small sculpture festivals it has consolidated its place in the national cultural calendar.
